Shipping & Processing

Thank you for supporting RubiSRStar! Each order is carefully packed before making its way to you.

U.S. Shipping

RubiSRStar currently ships within the United States only. International shipping is not available at this time.

Shipping rates are calculated and displayed at checkout.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2–4 business days after your order is placed, excluding weekends and holidays.

During busy periods, product launches, events, or holidays, processing may take a little longer.

U.S. Shipping

Shipping rates are calculated and displayed at checkout.

Free standard U.S. shipping is available on orders of $50 or more, after discounts and before taxes.

Once your order has shipped, delivery times are determined by the shipping carrier and are estimates rather than guaranteed delivery dates.

Tracking

When tracking is available, you’ll receive tracking information once your order has shipped. Please allow time for the carrier to update the tracking information.

Shipping Address

Please double-check your shipping address before submitting your order.

If you notice an error after placing your order, contact rubisrstar@gmail.com as soon as possible. While I’ll do my best to help, shipping information cannot be changed once an order has been transferred to the carrier.

RubiSRStar is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Lost, Delayed or Damaged Packages

Once a package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delays may occur that are outside of RubiSRStar’s control.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact rubisrstar@gmail.com as soon as possible with your order number and photos of the item and packaging so I can help make it right.

If tracking shows your package as delivered but you cannot locate it, please check around the delivery location, with household members or neighbors, and contact the shipping carrier. If you still need assistance, please contact me.
